Students are immersed in person-centred, relationship-based care. They develop communication skills, build trust, understand families, and see the realities of long-term conditions such as dementia and frailty in a way that simply isn鈥檛 possible in short hospital stays.
What鈥檚 striking is that almost all of them say the same thing, they鈥檙e genuinely surprised by what we do in social care.
