Developed by North East Lincolnshire Health and Care Partnership, the People and Skills Pledge links care employers with education, recruitment and training partners. By coordinating recruitment, placements and career development in one place, it strengthens retention, builds talent pipelines and supports long-term, sustainable workforce development across health, social care and education.
