Beccy co‑leads the development of social care placements through strong partnership working across local systems. She works collaboratively with colleagues, providers, and community organisations to expand placement capacity and strengthen high‑quality learning environments for students.

After years working in the NHS, Lesley made the move to social care over six years ago. She developed a passion for championing equity across the profession so that social care nursing is recognised through parity of esteem and voice to be valued, accepted and understood.

Walter has over 23 years of experience across health and social care wiith a background in quality, governance, commissioning, and workforce development. He's one of the inaugural 42 ICB Social Care Nursing Advisory Council (SCNAC) Chairs.

Walter also received a Chief Nurse for Adult Social Care Gold Award demonstrating his passion for developing future leaders, supporting global majority nurses, and influencing positive change across adult social care.

Sara is a dedicated Clinical Services Manager with extensive experience across NHS, private healthcare, and social care settings and specialises in clinical operations, service improvement, quality, and effective team leadership. 

She is passionate about delivering safe, compassionate, patient-centred care while creating supportive environments where healthcare professionals feel valued and empowered and is committed to continuous learning and personal growth. She enjoys sharing knowledge and encouraging meaningful conversations around healthcare leadership and innovation. 

Sara’s goal is to improve services, support teams, and enhance experiences for patients and families.
