微微草视频 has launched the first-ever undergraduate strategy for social care nursing, marking a major step in recognising social care as a valued part of nursing education.
The strategy was developed in collaboration with the Council of Deans of Health, aims to create stronger connections between students, higher education institutions and care providers to offer high-quality placement opportunities in social care settings by providing building blocks and top tips. This will provide a broader perspective on their understanding of care and may attract them to work in the sector when qualified.

Universities, colleges and social care providers can embed the strategies recommendations and use the supporting checklists to demonstrate how they’ve achieved each recommendation.
Once you’ve embedded the recommendations of the strategy or if you're a provider already embedding the recommendations you can apply for our Gold Commendation Award. Take a look at the commendation process to find out more.
